Cornflower (Centaurea Cyanus)
Description: 1-3 feet tall, grows in
cultivated fields or along roadsides. The dried petals are used by perfumers for
giving color. The flowers are considered to have tonic, stimulant and
emmenagogue properties. But it is not welcomed by farmers, because it withdraw
nourishment from the ground that is needed for the corn.
